Clase Azul Tequila Plata

Clase Azul Plata is an ultra-premium blanco tequila made from 100 percent Blue Weber Agave grown in the Los Altos de Jalisco highlands. The agave pinas are slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens for 72 hours and the spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled unaged to preserve the fresh agave character. Bottled at 40 percent ABV in 750ml. The profile is smooth, crisp with citrus, green apple, herbal mint, vanilla, and cooked agave notes.
