100% Blue Weber Agave tequila. Hand-chopped piñas slow-baked in brick ovens for up to 79 hours. Crushed using hybrid Tahona wheel (fermented in pine-oak wood tanks with fibers) and roller mill (fermented without fibers). Double-distilled in small copper pot stills. Unaged. No added sugars, glycerin, oak extracts, or coloring agents. NOM 1492. 40% ABV.
