Volcan De Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco

Volcan De Mi Tierra Blanco is an ultra-premium additive-free tequila produced by Moet Hennessy in the Lowlands region of Jalisco, Mexico. It is a unique blend of 75 percent Lowland agave and 25 percent Highland agave, each processed differently to create a complex terroir-driven profile. The Lowland agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed with a volcanic stone tahona wheel, and fermented in wooden tanks. The Highland agave is cooked in modern autoclaves, crushed with a roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel. Both are double-distilled in copper and stainless steel stills. Bottled at 40 percent ABV in 750ml. The profile is smooth, complex with cooked agave, citrus, green apple, mineral, and pepper notes.
