100% Blue Weber agave. Cooked in traditional stone clay ovens (27-hour steam bake, 12-hour rest). Roller mill extraction. Open-air fermentation with proprietary yeast. Double-distilled using copper Charentais method. Aged 4 months (up to 8–11 months depending on batch) in French, American, and Mexican Encino oak barrels. 38–40% ABV (typically 40% ABV). Light straw-gold with bright crystalline flashes.
