100 Pipers 12 Years

A blended Scotch whisky where every drop of malt and grain whisky has been aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak casks. Matured in a dual-cask setup of American ex-bourbon white oak barrels and European oak sherry casks. The malt backbone derives from Speyside distilleries Allt a’Bhainne and Braeval. ABV 40%. Color adjusted with plain caramel (E150a). Flavor profile: sweet, floral, and fragrant with dried fruit, vanilla, honey, and light spice.
