The vodka is produced from 100% single-origin soft winter wheat grown exclusively in the Picardie region (categorized as "Blé Panifiable Supérieur," the premium grade used for high-end French pastries) and pristine water from a private 150-meter-deep artesian well in Gensac-la-Pallue, where rainfall naturally filters through porous limestone over several years. Distillation uses a single continuous distillation process in a five-compartment stainless steel column system, a method intended to retain intrinsic flavors and creamy mouthfeel of the wheat without over-rectification. The spirit is 100% additive-free with zero added sugars, glycerin, oils, or industrial texturizers, fully compliant with French spirits laws. The appearance is completely crystal clear. Packaging is a heavy frosted French glass bottle with a transparent silhouette-cut window revealing flying migratory geese against a backdrop of the French Alps, sealed with a traditional cork stopper.
