It is a masterful blend of Extra Anejo aged for 4 years, Anejo, and Reposado tequilas. Made from 100 percent Blue Weber Agave cultivated at the highest altitudes of Atotonilco El Alto, the agave is slow-baked in traditional brick ovens and crushed using a hybrid volcanic stone tahona wheel and roller mill. The blend is matured across 11 different barrel types including hybrid American and French oak. Bottled at 40 percent ABV in 750ml. The profile is velvety, complex with cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, apricot, almond, and butterscotch notes.
