Belgian Wheat Beer is a top-fermented ale brewed with approximately 50% malted barley (Pilsner malt) and 50% unmalted raw wheat, with optional raw oats for creamy mouthfeel. Spiced with crushed coriander seeds and dried Curaçao bitter orange peel during the boil. ABV ranges from 4.5% to 5.6%. IBU 8 to 20. Color: pale straw to light golden yellow (2 to 4 SRM). Cloudy appearance. Effervescent, light-bodied.
