Blend of up to 80% Chenin Blanc with 20% Riesling and Viognier. Alcohol content ranges from 12% to 12.5% ABV. The wine is produced using the Méthode Classique (traditional method) with secondary bottle fermentation and extended maturation on the lees. It is made as a dry (Brut), crisp, light-bodied sparkling white wine. Closure is natural cork with a wire cage. Available bottle sizes are 750ml and 375ml. Serving temperature range is 6–8°C (42–46°F). The appearance is brilliant, clear pale golden with fine persistent bubbles. No specific time on lees or disgorgement date is specified by the producer.
