A sparkling rosé wine made from 100% Shiraz (Syrah). Grapes harvested early to retain acidity. Produced using Méthode Traditionnelle. Skin contact with juice for exactly one hour prior to pressing. Does not undergo malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for minimum 12 to 18 months. Wire hood and natural cork closure. Bottled at 12% to 12.5% ABV, available in 750 ml size. Brut (super dry).
