Mateus Rosé Original is a semi-sparkling (frizzante) off-dry rosé wine produced from a blend of native Portuguese red grapes including Baga, Rufete, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Franca, vinified using white wine fermentation methods (destemming and immediate pressing without prolonged maceration), fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C, bottled at 11% ABV with 15 g/L residual sugar and 2.8 g/L CO2 pressure, pH 3.2-3.3, presenting brilliant deep salmon pink color; suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free, not suitable for vegans, contains sulfites.
