Founded 1794 by Stevenson brothers John and Hugh in Scottish West Coast port; distillery built before town of Oban, which grew around it later.Only two pot stills making it Scotland's smallest distillery; uses traditional worm tubs for condensation; part of Diageo's Classic Malts Selection since 1988, bridging islands and Highlands.
