Amrut Fusion Indian Single Malt Whisky

Amrut Fusion is an Indian single malt whisky from Amrut Distilleries, featuring a unique grain bill combining 75% unpeated Indian six-row Himalayan barley and 25% peated Scottish two-row barley. The spirits are matured separately in new American oak and ex-bourbon casks before marrying for 3 to 9 months. It is non-chill filtered with no added colouring. It is bottled at 50% ABV (42.8% in select domestic markets). The flavour profile features sweet virgin oak, vanilla fudge, honey, grain, campfire smoke, dark chocolate, molasses, peat, mango, orange, oak tannins, and cocoa.
