It is matured in ex-bourbon and rejuvenated bourbon oak casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV. The flavour profile features sweet vanilla, winter baking spices, dried dark fruits, peat smoke, caramel, vanilla fudge, orange peel, raisins, orchard apples, malt, oak spices, and woodsmoke.
