Cambridge Dry Gin

Cambridge Dry Gin is the flagship expression from the highly acclaimed Cambridge Distillery, founded by Master Distiller William Lowe. It is crafted using a unique low-temperature, small-batch fractional vacuum distillation process where each botanical is distilled individually to capture delicate aromatics. The eight core botanicals include Macedonian Juniper, Fresh Basil, Rosemary, Rose Petals, Violet Petals, Angelica Seed, Blackcurrant Leaf, and Lemon Verbena (which replaces traditional citrus). It is bottled at 42% ABV in a 700ml bottle with a crystal clear profile.
