Just Roberto Chardonnay

Just Roberto Chardonnay is a white wine produced from 100% Chardonnay sourced from select hillside vineyards in Northern Italy. Hand-picked grapes undergo soft pneumatic pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel vats on fine lees without oak contact. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and light-to-medium-bodied with green apple, pear, and peach notes.
