Champagne Duntze Blanc de Pinot Noir Extra Brut (Non-Vintage)

100% Pinot Noir from steep, south-southeast-facing slopes of the Côte des Bar on limestone marl and clay soils. Produced using 100% first-press juice (Cuvée) with no secondary presses. Fermented and aged for a minimum of 4 years on lees in cellar vaults before disgorgement. Features 12.5% ABV, 2.5 g/l dosage (Extra Brut), and contains sulfites.
