Product Story & Guide
Cantine Povero Monferrato Dolcetto is a red wine from the Monferrato DOC appellation, produced by Cantine Povero from 100% Dolcetto sourced from hillside parcels at 322 meters elevation on sustainably farmed vineyards. Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented on skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C for 6-8 days, with malolactic fermentation completed at 20°C. The wine is aged for 3-6 months in stainless steel without oak. Bottled at 12.5-13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-to-medium-bodied and dry with blueberry, plum, and violet notes.
The latest price of Cantine Povero Monferrato DOC Dolcetto in Kolkata is approximately ₹2400. Please note that actual retail prices may vary slightly across licensed vends and government outlets depending on local state excise taxes.
