Camas Pinot Noir

100% Pinot Noir from clay and limestone soils in the upper valley of the Aude, benefiting from cool climatic influence from the Pyrenees. Produced with cold pre-fermentary maceration followed by 10-day temperature-controlled fermentation with daily punching down. Features 13% ABV, contains sulfites, and is part of the Protect Planet sustainability program.
