Calvet Varietals Chardonnay IGP Pays d'Oc

Calvet Varietals Chardonnay is a white wine from the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation, produced by Maison Calvet from 100% Chardonnay sourced from clay-limestone, sandy, and stony soils across the Languedoc plains. Grapes are gently pressed, followed by low-temperature fermentation at 15-18°C in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for several months. Bottled at 13-13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and refreshing with white fruit and citrus notes.
