Highbury Classic Whisky

A master blend of demineralised water, grain neutral spirits, and imported Scotch malt spirits, matured in hand-selected ex-bourbon oak barrels. Bottled at 42.8% ABV with standard 750ml volume. Flavor profile features grain, toasted caramel biscuits, fresh berries, gentle peat smoke, oak, stone fruits, juicy raisins, vanilla custard, sweet toffee, and warm cinnamon spice.
