Undergoes secondary fermentation inside the bottle or keg for up to three weeks (Bayerische Edelreifung / double maturity method). Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops, and proprietary top-fermenting fine yeast. ABV 5.3%. Original wort 12.6° Plato. IBU 13. Color EBC 12. Calorific value: 44 kcal / 185 kJ per 100ml. Available in 330 ml bottle. Flavor profile defined by banana, pear, clove, bready wheat dough, floral notes, and gentle malt sweetness.
