A non-vintage flagship cuvée composed of equal parts (33.3% each) Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay; includes 25–30% reserve wines; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with double cold-settling (débourbage) at 7°C for 24 hours; complete malolactic fermentation; hand-riddled; aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years; dosage 7–9 g/L (Brut); ABV 12.5%; bottle size 750 mL.
