A vintage rosé produced only in declared vintage years; based on the Brut Vintage blend (for 2019: 63.5% Pinot Noir, 36.5% Chardonnay) with 15–18% still red Pinot Noir added before secondary fermentation; red wine sourced from old vines in Ambonnay, Bouzy, Hautvillers, and Vertus; undergoes double cold-settling (débourbage) at 6°C for 24 hours in stainless steel; primary fermentation below 18°C; 100% full malolactic fermentation; hand-riddled; aged on lees for 6–7 years; dosage approximately 8 g/L (Brut); ABV 12.5%; bottle size 750 mL.
