A non-vintage flagship cuvée composed of 50–55% Pinot Noir, 30–35% Pinot Meunier, and 15–20% Chardonnay; includes 10–25% reserve wines; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; complete malolactic fermentation; aged on lees for a minimum of 24 months; rested for a minimum of 6 months post-disgorgement; dosage 9–10 g/L (Brut); ABV 12%; bottle size 750 mL.
