Martell Cordon Bleu X.O. Cognac

An AOC X.O. Cognac produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes; double-distilled in traditional Charentais copper pot stills using clear wines only (distilled without lees); assembled from over 100 eaux-de-vie with approximately 50% from Borderies cru; aged between 10 and 25 years in fine-grained Tronçais French oak barrels; 40% ABV (80 proof). Flavor profile characterized by crystallized apple, candied plum, roasted mocha coffee, toasted almonds, gingerbread, violet blossoms, candied orange peel, honeyed apricot, dark chocolate, cinnamon, dried figs, cedarwood, nutty rancio, and cigar leaf.
