An AOC VSOP Cognac produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes sourced from four crus: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fins Bois; double-distilled in copper alembic pot stills (select distillations processed on lees); matured through triple oak influence using Tronçais and Limousin French oak barrels for 8 to 12 years; 40% ABV (80 proof).
